In order to provide you with relevant recomendations 16 will process your navigation and browsing on our website, your booking history as well as the data you submitted to us through your account.

We will always process your e-mail address and password that you submit to us when you sign up for 16 account.

You have the right to withdraw your consent from the processing of your personal data at any time. When you do so your account will cease to exist and 16 will not be able to provide you with the services mentioned above.

How long do we save your data?

We will keep your data for as long as you have an active 16 account.

You have the right to terminate your account at any time, if you choose to do so your account will cease to exist and you will be considered inactive. We will keep your personal data in there are any legal requirements and if there is an open dispute.

After your account has been terminated your data will be deleted.

Your right to object to processing of your data:
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on 16’s legitimate interest by contacting privacy@16paris.fr.
Your account will then be deleted and we will not be able to carry out our services to you.

Where do we store your data?

The data that we collect from you is stored within the European Economic Area (« EEA ») but may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside of the EEA. Any such transfert of your personal data will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws
